There may be no issue more important to online users that privacy. Certainly, ticqle and bigwheel creative hold dear the individual’s right to maintain privacy, control and freedom in their life. We have therefore written and posted this Privacy Policy to state outright what information we will collect, why we collect and exactly what we will do with it. This policy applies to all sites owned and operated by bigwheel creative and its subsidiaries.

a. Our Privacy Commitment

We believe that privacy and control are central to our mission and to the success of our company and Web-based businesses in general. That said, we will never knowingly take steps that endanger the privacy of your personally identifying information and therefore compromise your control over and freedom in your life.

Though this is true, we need to collect certain behavioral data about our members. We pledge that we will under no circumstances sell, rent or license to any person, company or other entity any information that personally identifies you. This includes but is not limited to your name, telephone number, address, email address, or other contact information. b. Registration Information

We collect information upon registration for these reasons:

1. To establish a unique user account that allows you to access all portions of the ticqle service
2. To notify you of changes and updates to ticqle
3. To operate the site.

Mandatory information collected upon registration includes but is not limited to:

• Name
• Date of Birth
• Email
• Gender
• Type/number of device (mobile phone or pager)
• Service provider

Additionally, you are asked to create a unique Handle or Username, and a password. The handle and password are stored securely and used to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

c. Interests and Singles Quiz

Along with the basic registration information, you have to option of filling out an interests survey and singles quiz. Neither of these documents is mandatory. They are used to match you to people with similar traits and interests. If you allow it, you will be notified when you are at the same location as a ticqle member with similar traits and interests.

We may also use your interests in obtaining additional services and advertising that will appear on the site and in Company publications. Again, no personally identifying information will be sold or otherwise released.

d. Information We May Implicitly Collect

Cookies
Cookies are bits of information sent from our servers and stored on your computer. They are commonly used to provide customization and personalization on the Web. When you first register with ticqle, we place a cookie on your machine. The next time you return, we can identify you as a registered member and display personalized information for you.

ticqle is only responsible for those cookies we place on your computer. We are not responsible for, nor to we maintain any level of control over, cookies placed on your machine by our advertisers or partner sites.

Most Internet browsers default with cookies on. You may disable cookies at any time. However, disabling cookies may interfere with the proper operation of this and other websites.

Collecting IP Addresses
All computers surfing the Web are assigned an IP address—a number that Web servers use to identify your computer. We use IP addresses to administer the system, track activity within our site, maintain security of the system and user information, and diagnose problems with our servers.

Opt-out Features
We believe that you have the right to decide whether or not you receive communications, and who send you those communications. Therefore, you may, at any time, choose not to receive email and other communications from:

• ticqle and our partners, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries regarding new features, special offers or other topics.
• ticqle members with similar traits and interests.

e. Updating Your Information

You may at any time update your preferences, interests, singles quiz responses and registration information. Only your Handle/Username may not be changed. To update your information, simply access the Profile section.

f. Deleting Your Account

If at any time you wish to discontinue your ticqle service, simply email webmaster@ticqle.com and type "delete my account" in the subject line. Your account will be removed within five (5) business days of our receipt of your request.

g. Merger Clause

In the event that ticqle or bigwheel creative are acquired by or merge with another business entity, this privacy policy may change. Basically, if we lose managerial control of ticqle, we can’t say one way or another how that affects the handling of your information. There’s no guarantee that the controlling company would change anything at all. However, it is a possibility that we thought you should be aware of. But as long as we call the shots, your information is as safe as safe can be.
